Sold a home in 2013.
I used Lori to sell a home. Her knowledge and experience as my realtor was helpful, she took time to answer all my questions even when it was about short sales and foreclosures. Easy to communicate with.... always kept me up to date on showings and comments left by other agents who had shown my home. I'd highly recommend her for all your real estate needs either buying or selling. Wonderful experience.

Lori is great to work with, she's very friendly and easy going. She won't try to push you to buy, and she will give it to you straight about a house the good and bad.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Rolling Meadows, IL.
Lori was the best possible Realtor match for us. We made a smart move selecting a Realtor who is also a certified Residential Appraiser. Lori's advice and recommendations were always excellent. Lori's thoroughness is just what we needed. From our experience, based on having worked with various Realtors over the last 30 years of home ownership, we found that Lori's professionalism places her at the top among her colleagues. Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Glenview, IL.
Lori is a hard worker and takes her work seriously. She is willing to work with my hectic schedule and she is easily accessible and responds in a timely manner via email and phone. She is also very pleasant to work with and takes times to answer your questions. She also helped me make my decisions. I would highly recommend her.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Schaumburg, IL.
It was wonderful!! She was extremely helpful and worked so hard until she found the perfect home for us. Allways on time when we had an appointment and willing to go to to not so near suburbs to show us a house. She is very knowledgeable on matters of real estate and gave us good advise. Geat personality, easy going, easy to work with: we felt no pressure in any way. If we ever need a realtor again, we will definitely call her.

Lori has been an absolute delight to work with, always listened to what we were looking for and found the best places to look at. It was a blast working with her, I have worked with her 3 times already and plan on doing the same in the future. Bought a home in 2012.
We started working with Lori in April and we just closed on our first home yesterday. She was extremely helpful in explaining the current market and reviewing the process of buying a home. She was always available, and responded immediately to all of our questions (I'm not entirely sure when or if she sleeps). Lori is an extremely honest Realtor. She always pointed out issues that she saw at the homes we looked at, in our best interest. Her background in appraisal was very useful also at making lists of pros and cons for the houses we liked.
I would definitely recommend Lori Cromie to anyone who is looking to buy a home. I have already told all of our friends and family about her!

Bought a home in 2012.
Lori was a wonderful help during our house hunting/buying process!! Not only is she knowledgeable about the marketplace, her experience with home appraisals and flipping was a huge benefit in helping to point out items that we would have otherwise not known. Lori was always quick to respond and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

Showed home in 2012 in Streamwood, IL.
I was very impressed with Lori! She made special (last minute) arrangements to meet with us outside of her normal schedule. Lori is very kind and knowledgeable. She, being a mom herself, had a lot of patience with the excitement of my 11 year old daughter. She was very understanding of our financial situation and I still hope to work something out with the bank in order to make Streamwood our new neighborhood. Thanks again Lori!
