I was in the market for a townhome for the last six months went through several townhomes and different inspector. I found Lou Wissner online and used him for the last inspection of my townhome. He was extremely thorough. He saw stuff that I didnt even realize. Thanks to him I was confident that the house was good. His reports had detail explanation and pictures plus recommendations that saved me money, with contractors. I will definately use his servcies again. Thanks again Lou
