Sold a Single Family home in 2007 in Covington, LA.
I love Louis! I would never use another agent in this state! He is amazing in his ability to get things done, I bought and sold a house with him and he was excellent and fast in both! The inspectors he works with are thorough and exacting, Louis always gets back to you asap and makes you feel as if you are the only one he is working for! I should be looking for a house again within the next year, even though it's been a few years since I've used him, I still have his number on speed dial and he will be the only one I will be calling! Sold a home in 2011.
Louis lined up an agent for us for the sale of some property in Florida. He checked back on a regular basis, and the property sold. He is now working with my mother who is wanting to sale a home in GA. She bought a home in Fort Walton Beach with Louis' help. He knows what he is doing!
