Our primary contact and agent was Christiam Velez - who works with Luis. Christiam is very knowledgeable and understanding. We definitely got the impression that she puts her clients needs and requirements first. She was always available when needed to answer any questions we had. She also helped educate us with the process of buying our first home and provided many references for things needed such as Inspection, RE Attorney, and Title companies.

We felt her input was always honest, straightforward and respectful. Our brief encounters with Luis proved to be the same. He showed the same level of knowledge and understanding. Luis was very professional and it was a pleasure working with his team.

We had an exceptional experience with Jane. She believed she would be able to help us buy our first home and she did. Jane is savvy and incredibly fluent in dealing with all other parties involved. Jane understood our needs and was so willing to be flexible to accommodate us. We met on weekends, early in the morning and exchanged several text and calls after 8pm. She was honest and told us important deal breaking information up front. Any question we had was answered until we COMPLETELY understood, not just once but over and over again until we registered the information. Jane's negotiation/ advocacy skills are tireless, she always gave us regular updates and called the Supervisor's, Supervisor to make progress. Having Jane in our corner made the difference.
