Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Whittier, CA.
Luis Zapata is an angel. He guided us through the real estate process from beginning to end answering our all of our questions and providing much needed encouragement when we needed it most.
I genuinely feel Luis was on our team in the search for finding the perfect home. He took the time to find out what was important to us and did not waste our time showing us properties he knew we would not want. Luis professional relationships with lenders and other realtors helped us tremendously when our original lender did not perform up to our expectations.
