Sold a home in 2012.

Summary:

I have recently sold a house with Larry. Larry was always on top of his game during the transaction. He was always at the house when it was being inspected, appraised and repairs that were being made. I received an update on the status of every step of the home being sold. Larry always returned my calls with in a few minutes, 7 days a week. I will not only use Larry in the future, but I will recommend him to friends and family. Great job Larry!…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in OR.

Summary:

My interaction with Wr. Walke as on the buy side of the transaction. I have purchased many properties, but this was the first time in this very difficult housing/financing market. Many years later we married and now live where we once vacationed. We enjoy the people, work, kayaking, golf, fresh and saltwater fishing, hiking, dining out, spectacular wild life, seals, whales, eagles, long walks on the beach and a deep appreciation for Native Americans.

A member of the Screen Actors Guild. Film and TV credits include
Simon & Simon, Hart to Hart, Rescue 911, Silk Stalkings, Top Gun,
Space as well as commercials, fashion magazines including Vogue,
Harpers Bazaar, Vestire, Men's Fitness and Valentino. Lived and
worked in Milan, Paris, Munich, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New
York, Chicago and San Diego.
