    Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in West San Jose, San Jose, CA.
    I bought house many years ago and the listing agnet was Judy Carr; many years latter, I bought house from Michelle Carr, same good service, friendly, Cheerful and is type the people that you know you can trust on the professional skill, an real state agnet to get job done.

    CY is one of my favorite clients. He is smart and direct. CY clearly knows what he wants and the right way to get it. I remember when he bought his first Lynbrook High home with my mother Judy Carr. I am so happy he is the lucky investor with the wisdom and foresight to buy and develop this great lot in Lynbrook High. I look forward to helping him get more great values again in the future.

    Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2010.
    Michelle has great knowledge and experience in Lynbrook area, where I had my home for sale. She did make multiple personal consultations to review our specific needs and also periodically updated us on the market trends. Michelle always had taken the extra step to work closely with my family, and made us at ease, and all our questions and concerns were answered.     - In a hurry to sell the house at the first offer - Does not provide details on the sale process; we did not even realize when we sold our house; she just forced us to sign the documents and did not reveal that we did not really have an option to back-out after signing - Still charges 3% in this day and age!…More Less
