In today's market, traditional lenders are requiring any non-owner-occupied property to have at least 30% equity in property. Otherwise you are looking at a new hard-money first loan.
Check to make sure the photos don't have hidden hyperlinks in them, unless you took the photos yourself and know they don't. Sometimes there are just glitches you'll need to contact Zillow support/customer service about. You can also try removing all of the photos, then adding them again. XZillow sometimes doesn't accept cut and paste items well, and thinks there are hyperlinks where none exist (it happened to me earlier tonight too).
If you are the listing agent, login to your account, then click the appropriate listing link, change status (sold, no longer for sale), and remove photos.
Talk to the agents involved. Would the seller consider a short-term second loan for the $4K? Would that solution be acceptable to the lender? Given your situation, ask the lender for the exact reasons underwriting rejected the loan, as it may be due to income or the fact that as a disabled person you may not be working. It is very difficult to get a loan these days so you need the complete reasons so you can either appeal or find another solution.
Is your lot size different? Did your home sell at a different time than the others? When it was built, did it include different amenities? You may want to review the Zestimate info to see if anything mentioned helps clarify this for you. Sometime if your home has not sold in the past 10 years but others have, it ends up affecting the Zestimate as original price paid is factored into the Zestimate.
You may want to review Zillow to check the following:Owner's info may be corrected and reflected in the OWNER value, but it may not adjust the Zillow Zestimate for several months.
Are you still in contract with that agent? If so, you need to get clarify all the paperwork is completed first, then request the agent to remove the listing from Zillow. However, other agents can take photos of your home and post them and then their photo shows up. I haven't figured out how to fix that one.Separately, agents who advertise in a particular zip code on Zillow will show up in the upper right hand corner of the page, and that's just how it is.
