As one of the top loft experts in all of Boston, I began my specialization in the loft sub-market in 1993, well before the current popularity of lofts took hold on a broad scale. In the early 90s, the loft market was limited primarily to artists, photographers, metal smiths, and architects seeking to live in urban industrial neighborhoods. Today, with the evolution of the loft concept moving to the soft loft or the loft like product, I understand the requirements of the contemporary buyers and sellers in the current wide ranging loft market.

Unlike the vast majority of 'loft experts', I have extensive experience in all three segments of the loft marketplace: representing Buyers in their search for property, Sellers in the sale of individual loft units, and Developers in the sale of small and large scale new loft developments. As such, my experience benefits my clients greatly as I am able to provide perspective as to how the negotiation appears on the either side of any transaction. Managing to work thru the highs and lows of the real estate market cycles in the past 16 years ads experience that only helps in today’s fluctuating market place.

In the Leather District, home of the most authentic loft buildings in Boston, I have represented developers as Exclusive Listing Agent for the initial marketing and sales of the following buildings: 210 Lincoln Street (32 lofts), 121 Beach Street (21 lofts), 16 Lincoln Street (10 lofts), 150 Lincoln Street (15 lofts) and most recently The News, Jamaica Plain (5 triplex lofts). In addition, working with a team, I represented developers in the initial marketing and sales of the following buildings: Fort Point Place, 42 Chauncy Street, 453 Washington Street, 437 D Street 5-7-9 Hudson St, and 346 A Street. I continue to successfully broker a large percentage of the sales in all of the above mentioned buildings, as well as many others throughout the city and surrounding areas.

My extensive background in marketing management and customer service for 17 years prior to my entering the real estate brokerage business gives me the tools necessary to successfully represent you.
