We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in New Port Richey East, New Port Richey, FL 34653
He did not show up for appointment I had to call him 30 minutes after we were suppose to meet him at the new home, for him to tell me he wasn't coming. Told me he was going to run application and call me back in 30 minutes, I called him in an hour because he didn't call me back. He said everything was fine, asked if I needed to see inside again, I said no and we would meet on Thursday. Thursday I texted him and he said he never ran the report when I thought we were signing. He said I was not the type of tenant they wanted when Tuesday I was fine but I am sure it was to cover himself after the way he treated me. These tenants are clearly confused :
1. I never met the prospective tenants in person, so how can I be too late on an appointment ?
2. I never ran their credit, as they never paid to run their credit !
3. They never lost the home, the owner chose someone else.
When I called them to relate the choice of the owner, a Realtor contacted me next day by email in the afternoon, complaining the next morning he had no answer yet. Clearly tenants did not inform what was going on to the other Realtor as well, we re-submitted as curtousy to our colleague, but owner lives out of country,there is a 6 hours difference, so answer was only possible in morning.
The owner is not bad, because he choose another tenant, these tenants are not bad because owner made other choice, and we are only the middle men : so do not blame the messenger, stay within the facts please !

Bought a home in 2011.
Both Matthieu (Ma2) and his parents, Geert (Heert) and Catherine, were of invaluable assistance in obtaining our property in St. Petersburg. As a team, they took the time to fully understand us and the types of properties we were interested in. This saved us considerable time during the review and selection process by not showing properties that didn't suit us. In fact, we visited about 5 or 6 properties in one day and were able to make an offer on a property that weekend without needing to review any other additional properties. Their intimate knowledge of the local market really impressed us.
We were also impressed with their professional approach during the offer period and their immediate response to any phone call or email questions we had. Part of their services included acting as our rental agent for the property we purchased. Their diligence in submitting local advertiements resulted in us renting the property only two weeks after closing.
