If you are listed w a realtor, you would have to look at your listing agreement to see how to get out of it. I assume that is what you are talking about. God forbid you have to consult an Atty. In Maryland they are pretty self explanatory.

Sold for $60K???

Answer
This property is under contract after 144 days on market. The origional buyers bought it for $700.000 and they had it taken back by the bank. It is now under contract after a list price of $550,000. We don't know the sales price yet. We have to wait for settlement. Any questions.....Mac@macmccord.com
