I am an attorney who frequently refers my clients to Mac when properties need to be sold as a result of divorce or as part of an estaet. He is my "go to" realtor. I recommend him highly.

Mac McCord is an excellent professional who gets things done effectively and gracefully. We preselected and viewed a number of homes in a short period of time and found what we were looking for due to Macs knowledge and expertise. He brings prior professional experiences from home construction and building which helps enoumously to address important questions and provides background information in support of succesful negotiations. We worked with Mac originally on resales but finally closed on a new construction. His knowledge was very helpful in both circumstances. Apparently in the past he did builds and had extensive knowledge to bring to the table during our drywall walk through as well as a helpful second eye during a new home build. Our closing was especially difficult due to the builder and he was available and helpful during the whole process and defended our needs to them. All around he was an excellent agent to work with.

We chose Mac McCord as our selling agent as he had been highly recommended by a family member. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable not only about the sales/closing processes but how to market our house in the "downturned" economy. He made excellent suggestions on how to present our house so that it would make the best impression. Using "mouse on house" was a fantastic tool that was used to highlight all of the features of our home. Using not only the standard listing sites, but many other of the "social" websites, our home was given the best exposure. This really paid off as we had a contract in about 4 weeks.Mac always had our best interests at heart, and was very responsive to our needs. He was available 24/7, and was extremely professional and hard working. He continually updated us regarding showings. When an offer was made on the house, Mac was very helpful with recommendations regarding our responses not only to the contract, but also to the home inspection results. The closing process went very smoothly as Mac made sure that everything had been taken care of in a timely manner. He was in contact continually with the buyer's agent to keep everything on track. We highly recommend Mac as a real estate agent.

Mac was recommended to me by the lawyer for my father's estate. He made several trips to visit the house, and was great helping us with ideas for preparing the house for sale. We had to do some repairs as a condition for getting the deal that was best, and he was very proactive and effective resolving an issue we had with a contractor. He is personable, knowlegable and got us a great price for the property. Cannot say enough good things about him!
