Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Durham, NH.
After several attempts to sell our home, Madiha Farag, local area Realtor got the job done! Madiha even kept in touch with us while on vacation in Europe. Our sale was a unique transaction to say the least and Madiha was meticulous with every step and kept the transaction moving forward until the last hour of closing! I would highly recommend Madiha for any RE needs. She will be honest with pricing and knows what it takes to sell a home in this changing market.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Durham, NH.
As an "antique" house with many funky qualities, my house was a difficult one to sell. Madiha worked very hard. It was advertised extensively and she showed it often. Her advice to me was always excellent. By the time I actually got an offer, I was pretty much over a barrel and needed to find a compromise price. Madiha was a wise voice of reason.

Bought a home in 2012.
Madiha is a wonderful agent, knowledgeable about this area, prompt in responding to questions or concerns, an expert on the process, and with terrific negotiation skills. She is very detail-oriented and follows through on all aspects of the transaction. For example, Madiha discovered the seller had taken out a building permit that had not been closed, and she made sure that this was efficiently handled. She has wonderful people skills, handling delicate situations with proficiency and grace and interacts effectively with other agents.
Madiha is a pleasure to work with and her professionalism is unsurpassed. We would strongly recommend Madiha to others.

Madiha has been a tremendous help in both finding our home and negotiating with the sellers. She was wonderful in arranging timely meetings in a short time. She also helped us negotiate a great price and answered all our questions patiently. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking into buying in the Durham NH area.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2012.
My husband and I had exceptional service and guidance from Madiha. We conducted our transaction from out of state; yet she made everything work smoothly.
She was always helpful, calm, supportive and positive.
She consistently offered us excellent help and guidance.
She was strongly recommended to us by my daughter (who has had 2 real estate transactions facilitated by Madiha) and my son, who also had a very positive experience with her when he and his wife bought their house.
We recommend her professional service as a realtor very highly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $450K in Durham, NH.
Madiha is by far the best real estate agent I have worked with. She took the time to get to know us and listen to what we wanted. She even helped us uncover where we were confused and inconsistent between what we thought we wanted and what we really needed. This is a rare skill and I'm extremely grateful because we could've ended up with a house that didn't suit us.
I rate Madiha's listening and negotiation skills far above the average! I would recommend her to anyone and will work with her again if I bought another house.

As first time home buyers, we appreciated Madiha's many years of experience in the real estate business. She guided us through the stages of looking at houses, negotiating with sellers, and coping with last minute reversals. Without her, we would have drowned trying to navigate the system.
Over the years, Madiha has also accumulated a network of mortgage brokers, home inspectors, contractors, etc. Every single person she recommended was easy to work with, honest, and very professional.
Madiha herself maintains the highest standards of professionalism. She can be tough when she needs to be, but she also is friendly, fun, and interesting. These are all important characteristics to consider when choosing a realtor with whom one is bound to spend a lot of time.

We purchased the home with Madiha Farag's help in 1992 and she was the first person we thought of when the time came to sell it in 2011. Madiha was always optimistic in spite of a very depressed real estate market. She rightfully persuaded us to use the services of a home stager which made the home very appealing. She guided us gently through the lowering of the price and after a relatively short period of about 6 months, the home sold.
Madiha knows the Durham area well and the real estate market. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in and around Durham.
