Ah, at least the issue with the photo if from google maps. I was able to edit it from within google. We'll see how long it takes for the change to be reflected on the zillow website.
Also, why is the photo from the alley and not the front of the building?
85 Duboce Ave # 11, San Francisco, CA, 94103. There is no such address. Units are numbered 101-104, 201-204, and 301-304. How can you have a listing for an address that doesn't exist? Matt
WOW! Okay, so now, after looking at everything yesterday, I had noticed that my Owners Estimate was way off. Well, it hadn't updated with the increase in home value. So, go to that page, click save, tada, new owners estimate of $611K. Great. I come back today, and the new Zestimate is down to $572.5K. So now I went from 598 to 572.5 in one day. Awesome. Please, seriously, can someone from zillow please explain the logic??
So after all this complaining, amazingly our homes value increased by $32K in the last month from $566K to $598. According to Zillow's math, this is a loss of $5K. So, 598K-566K=-5K. Great, the math of a 4 year old is calculating the value of my home. I guess I can't complain too much, since the value of our home increased so significantly.
This must be one really tough problem to solve, based on the length of time its taken to respond...
I have gone through the steps several times to remove the make me move price. It still shows up after selecting not on market. 85 duboce ave #204, SF, CA 94103. You guys seriously have a lot of issues with your site. I have another question asked under the Zestimate forum, and it has never been answered.
Wow, still no response.
I think a good "starting point" is to put the enitre Zillow program in the trash can.
