Apparently this realtor likes to schedule house showings (requesting a 1 to 2 hour window rather than a specific time) and then not show up at all, wasting the time of sellers. He did this to at least three sellers in our neighborhood this weekend. One person called him to check on his status and that person did not receive a return call to the voice mail that was left.

As most agents know, it is impossible to define an exact time of arrival to view properties, that is why time frames are VERY common in setting up appointments. It is up to the buyers as to how fast the viewing goes. Some properties spark the buyer's interest, therefore taking more than the allotted time, others are vetoed as soon as they drive up. I do not like to waste anyone's time and do my very best to avoid this situation."
