Buying a home for the first time was very overwhelming and exciting at the same time. Marco made it simple guiding me throughout the process. He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend him to any individual looking to buy or sell their home.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Middle Village, Queens, New York, NY
He passed me on to another associate immediately. I researched loads of listings and sent them in, asking to see a number of places. They did not show me a single place. In fact, they began sending me listings of coops when I specifically said I was in the market for a house when my partner decided to invest with me and doubled our buying power. They were very nice people at Keller Williams, they just weren't very interested in working with me. Luckily I am in contract on a house now, but not through Marco. He does send me nice newsletters, however. Perhaps if my partner had been investing right from the beginning, we might have had more action.

First off congratulations on going into contract, secondly I'm sorry you felt you were treated this way, but I do have a team and I am always the escalation point if someone is not Happy. I've reviewed everything and you contacted us on March 15th asking us to show you a short sale home for 179K in Woodhaven, NY. One of my buyer specialist J. Betancourt called and e-mailed you, but you never got back to him and you never reached out to me either, in addition one of our lender partners also reached out to you and you never returned his call. In regards to the comment about co-op's, our policy is that we would never try to sell someone something they don't want and once again I checked we never sent you co-ops, which only leads me to believe that you might have us confused with someone else in our company that may be a Zillow premier agent. Regardless, I wish you all the best and feel free to call me at 917-734-2012 if you would like to discuss this matter further.

Bought a Multi Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Elmont, NY.
Marco and his team of Lenders and attorney were extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my home. They guided me through the entire process even though I e-mailed, texted and called with all sorts of questions, as I was a first time home buyer. My home had issues which some lenders would not have approved but they managed to get the deal done overcoming any hurdles or obstacles that got in between me and the home. I would definitely recommend Marco to all of my friends.

Marco was a true professional on the sale of our home. Most importantly he was very caring, answered all the questions we had, and went all out to get the best deal for us. I would definetly recommend Marco to whomever is looking to sell their home, and I would definetly work with him again.

Bought a home in 2012.
Marco is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with. Not only is he knowledgable about the housing market, he also referred me to a great real estate lawyer and mortgage lender. The three of them worked together so well (which is very important!) and got me through a pretty tough closing process.
I don't have a lot of time to learn the ins and outs of buying property. I bought a condo in Astoria that was in pre-construction, and Marco led me step by step through the process with a lot of patience. He was also great at negotiating and being transparent, honest, and responsive to my numerous questions throughout the contracting and closing process. I genuinely knew that he had my best interest in mind. He pushed to help me close when my closing kept getting delayed, and I know that if it weren't for him, I probably wouldn't have closed given that we were dealing with a pretty nasty sponsor/builder for the property.
I usually don't write reviews online, but Marco really went above and beyond what I had expected from a broker so I wanted to share my experience. I have worked with many brokers in the past (either renting apartments or when I started my condo hunt over 2 years ago) and none of them even come close to the professionalism and respect that Marco has in dealing with his clients. The buying process is already such a stressful situation that I'm so glad that I had his help in navigating me through it.

Marco and I knew each other from our days at Robeco Investment management and maintain contact via Facebook. so when I needed to move back east from the Poconos I reached out to him, and I'm glad I did.
Marco knew the Long Island area very well, knew the good school districts and where we should have concentrated for our move.
He took into consideration what our commute would be like ,and the schools our kids would end up attending. He just went above and beyond most realtors. If your looking for a realtor than look no further. It took my wife and I a while to find the right house since we were selective in what we needed and wanted, but in the end Marco found the right home for us.
He provided contacts for legal representation, home inspection services and homeowners insurance that turned out GREAT!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Jackson Heights, Jackson Heights, NY.
I bought an apartment in Jackson Heights. Marco was the seller's broker. Marco was very organized. For example, he provided a quick reference guide to the buying process.
Marco is well-connected to contractors. He made an excellent recommendation for painters. Marco was diligent about keeping me informed and coordinating various activities.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Jackson Heights, Jackson Heights, NY.
Marco sold my apartment in Jackson Heights. He sold the apartment in the winter which is not easy, worked with a building management firm that was not as responsive as one would like yet managed to sell the unit at a good price. During the contract and closing process he was proactive addressing issues, taking charge and made sure that all items were taken care of honestly, quickly and communicating in an appropriate way with the concerned parties. I would not hesitate to recommend him. In short he is competent, ethical, proactive, detailed and gets the job done!
