Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in West Brandywine, PA.
Marcy not only helped us buy and sell homes in Pennsylvania, she helped us sell our home in Ohio when our 3 realtors there could not!! Marcy Friedland is the gold standard by which I measure realtors - which is not always a good thing because I have not found any as good as her anywhere in the country. Bought a home in 2006.
Marcy Friedland was the realtor who helped my family purchase our dream home. My family relocated due to my husbands job transfer to Pennsylvania from Illinois and she helped us by researching townships and schools in Chester County. She worked with my husband while he was in temporary housing as well as me when I was still living in Illinois. She had wonderful communication by emailing me listings as well as answering any questions I had via phone calls. On the few occasions I flew in to search for homes she set up dozens of appointments to see listings that matched our specific criteria. Once she found us the perfect home she helped us through the entire purchase process from financing through closing, and beyond. We couldn't have had a better experience with Marcy. This is our 3rd home and our sixth realtor and Marcy was superb! If we ever have to sell our house, we will have her be our listing agent. We couldn't possibly be happier with her services.…More Less

Marcy is a great person and realtor. We first met her in 2006 when she helped us find our first home. Three years later, she successfully sold our home in one of the worst real estate markets in a generation.
