Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Palmdale, CA.
We were very apprehensive about trying to sell our house in this economy, and of course we needed to get the most value out of it to purchase another. Maggie was truly a perfect match for us!! She went above and beyond to get us the right price for our house – which was not an easy task due to the comps in our area. Her calm and steady voice guided us the entire way, which also included getting us into our new house. As we worked with different people in this process, it was amazing to see that her reputation was known and respected across the industry. We highly recommend her – she will fight for what you need, while keeping your stress levels to a minimum!!

Maggie is the BEST! She has been a terrific help in my search for the right house. Her professionalism and personal attention has protected me from buying the wrong house as well as finding the best investment possible. She is personable and easy to work with. I'd like to keep her as my best kept Real Estate Secret, but she too good not to share!

Bought a Single Family home in 1991 in Lancaster, CA.
I used Maggie in 1991, she found us the best possible property for our family on our limited budget. It was our first house. This property was a house that she said she would have liked her mom to live in. She helped us every step of the way. She also spoke with me and gave me some real estate info over the years. I contacted her again and may be using services soon.

Maggie is a great Realtor to work with; she is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond with information on properties/areas. She was always accommodating of our schedule, making time to meet with us when we were available. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Antelope Valley.
