I received an offer from another Realtor for a listing I have located at 2615 Cattle Drive, Edmond, OK.  This is a cash offer for $435,000.  The property is listed for $450,000.  He wants to close on March 28, 2011 with a $5,000 earnest money.  We still have not received the earnest money, which has to be wired.  Same scam as the others. Same validation of funds, same address, but different name.Mariana Lloyd, Broker AssociateKeller Williams Realty405-833-9868
