Marianne is a very friendly and respectful agent. She doesn't push, she listens and helps you reach your goal and that is to sell your house at a descent price. I found Marianne to be very creative in her approach on selling your house. She went to craigs list, face book and of cause the internet. She doesn't just stop at one thing and wait. She holds the proper amount of open house and is even creative on that page. If summer time she will try to setup a barbaque theme and other ideas....I really had an awesome experience when Marianne came over to sell my home.
