Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Blowing Rock, NC.
Not only is Maria very knowledgable about the market, she is responsive, personable, and knows what it takes to get your house sold. We had our house on the market for well over a year before we transferred the listing to Maria. She had our house under contract within the first three months! Thanks Maria! We highly recommend her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Deep Gap, NC.
Maria was nothing short of amazing from the beginning to the end. We let her know our price range and what we were looking for and she sent us options almost daily. When we went up to visit, she had planned the entire day so that we could be as efficient as possible seeing multiple places. Maria was very informative on the locations and houses. We knew when Maria would answer; we were getting the truth and no fluff. We live in Raleigh and Maria made looking and visiting as seamless as possible. When we found our perfect cabin, Maria set up the entire process from the lawyer to the cleaners. We can’t say enough great things about Maria. We have told many people about Maria and our experience and would highly recommend anyone in the market for a full time home or vacation home to speak to Maria first.

Maria sold our home in 2011. We had sold many homes before in different areas, but no realtor was as professional and honest and just plain hardworking as Maria and Mark. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Boone, NC.
The house had been on the market for 30 months with very few showings and no offers when we listed it with Maria's business. She, along with Mark, quickly itemized a few things that needed attention, completed the work in short time, advertised, and had a buyer within a couple weeks. They advised with good common sense and got immediate results. We are extremely pleased with their knowledge, their efforts to actually do the work in a timely and cost effective manner, and maintain regular communication to keep us apprised of progress.

Bought a home in 2013.
Not knowing a real estate agent in Blowing Rock, we took a chance and contacted Maria through Zillow. Our familiy was interested in a particular property. On very short notice, Maria not only gave us very candid feedback on that property, but showed us several other, better options that we would not have found on our own. She took the time to understand what were really looking for, and efficiently helped us evaluate options. Maria's attention to detail and work ethic are outstanding. She knows her business well and immediately made us very comfortable with the process despite some rocky transactoinal issues beyond our control. Our family is indebted to Maria and consider her a great friend and professional. We would absolutley recommend her to our friends and colleagues looking for homes inthe Boone / Blowing Rock area.

Sold a home in 2012.
Maria is amazing! She was extremely knowledge about the entire process. However, I am most impressed with how responsive, thoughtful and how she always went "the extra mile." Thank you Maria for helping make the process so smooth and answering all of our questions in such a timely manner. It was a great experience to work with you and we love our house!!

Sold a home in 2012.
Maria was wonderful to work with in selling our second home in Blowing Rock. The market has been relatively soft up there over the past several years....but we were able to sell our home in less than six months. Maria and her husband held an open house at our home and we had an offer the next day. We ended out closing on the sale in two weeks (I've never heard of a closing that happened that quickly). We could not have made this happen without Maria. She went "above and beyond" to take care of everything for us while we were an hour and half away at our Lake Norman home.
We highly recommend Maria. She has lived in this area for many years and has been very active in the real estate arena. She knows what is happening and offered valuable advice and service to help us move through this sale.

Bought a Single Family home in 2005 in Boone, NC.
Maria was the selling agent when we bought our hoe in Blowing Rock. She was very knolegable of the area and since our purchase has been very valuable in recomending various vendors for things that we needed done.

Sold a home in 2012.
Maria knew our house, the neighborhood, and the surrounding area very well. Upon first meeting her she not only showed us the house but offered to drive us to a local neighborhood waterfall which really helped seal the deal. She assisted us tremendously during the entire process and at all times we felt like she had our best interest in mind.
She has a genuine interest in our happiness in the house and the area and has followed up with us numerous times since our closing. She even stopped by during our first weekend in the house just to see how we were doing.
You cannot go wrong working with Maria.

We are getting our home ready for sale and contacted Maria through Zillow to do an initial assessment so that we could have realistic expectations on what our home might sell for, what updates would be necessary to get the best price, and what homes in the areas we want to move to would likely cost.
Maria was very honest and helpful in her appraisal of what we need to do and the price expectations for selling our home and buying another one in the desired locations.
Once we have our updates finished, we plan to contact Maria to serve as our selling/buying agent.
