We were very disappointed with Ms. Picardi-Kenyon's professionalism regarding the sale of our home. First impressions set the tone in relationships and when we first met Ms. Picardi-Kenyon she arrived at our home dressed casually in capri pants and flipflops and looked nothing like her online picture. She provided us with a folder of recent home sales in only our development, not the surrounding area, noting how long they were on the market, what they sold for, the specs of the homes and what else was listed for sale. Ms. Picardi-Kenyon gave us a figure she recommended to list our home at based on prior home sales in our development however she compared our home to homes that were significantly smaller. We questioned her thoughts on why we should list our home for the same price that smaller units sold for and she tried to tell us they were the same model and same size as ours. It seemed she never bothered to actually look at the specs of the other homes compared to ours. When we mentioned the price we had in mind to list at she laughed and said we would never get it. We felt Ms. Picardi-Kenyon would not have represented us well and choose another agent to list with and sold our house for $50,000 more than what Ms. Picardi-Kenyon wanted us to list at.
