Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Pittsburgh, PA.
Marilyn was my agent when I brought my home in Pittsburgh June 2010.
I was living in Texas at the time and she scheduled my house veiwings so that i had plenty of time to drive to Pittsburgh to look at only the houses that would interest me. I bid on the third house that i looked at and she took it from there, it took only 6 weeks from start to closing, which i did while out of state in texas getting ready to return to Pittsburgh. She handled everything in a timely manner and kept me informed as to what to expect next and how it would happen. Everything went smooth and it was so nice and easy working with Marilyn.…More Less

And she was right there with me every step of the way as I sold one townhouse and bought another in the same townhouse community where I have lived for the last 11 years.
Her knowledge of real estate, her level of commitment, her diligence in doing her job and her gentle persistence keeping me on top of everything I had to do for both closings was exceptional.
And I greatly appreciated her responsiveness to every detail, every situation, every problem that arose throughout the process. I think, though, the thing I was most impressed with and most thankful for was her ability to put a deal together for me to buy the home I did. She worked skillfully with all parties involved, but it was her working relationship with the mortgage broker I went with for the mortgage that set everything in motion that ultimately led to a successful closing.
It was certainly a job well done on her part and I couldn't be happier with the way in all worked out. I couldn't be happier and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to work with.…More Less
