Bought a home in 2011.
Marilyn had been really kind and helping us to find our very first home. She is very good keeping in touch and a great listener, never pushy. She gives timely updates and professional suggestions about home searching/buying---she makes a possible complex process enjoyable! She is not only our real estate professional and she is also our family friend forever.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Pittsburgh, PA.
Marilyn was my agent when I brought my home in Pittsburgh June 2010.
I was living in Texas at the time and she scheduled my house veiwings so that i had plenty of time to drive to Pittsburgh to look at only the houses that would interest me. I bid on the third house that i looked at and she took it from there, it took only 6 weeks from start to closing, which i did while out of state in texas getting ready to return to Pittsburgh. She handled everything in a timely manner and kept me informed as to what to expect next and how it would happen. Everything went smooth and it was so nice and easy working with Marilyn.

Sold a home in 2011.
Marilyn and I met on a Saturday morning in April after looking over my home we had a discussion about what homes were selling for in my area. We settled on a selling price for my home. Marilyn was confident that I would hear from an agent that night. She was right Saturday night I had my first call and Sunday the second call my home was sold the following Wednesday. After my home was sold I received at least six more calls . We then started to look for my new home . Marilyn new what I was looking for after about seven or eight looks I found the right home. Marilyn made what can be a difficult real estate project much more enjoyable.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $200K in Cranberry Twp, PA.
Marilyn sold my wife's house and my house in a very short time. She informed us as to what the inspectors may look for, so we could fix what may have been wrong, therefore not delaying our sale. She also provided many homes that were forsale in the area and price range we wanted. We were able to find a home that satisfied our needs. She also helped us sell some things on Craig's list that we weren't going to need anymore. She is a real gentle, low pressure sales person that gets the job done.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2010 in Cranberry Twp, PA.
Marilyn Masso was just excellent!! She left her cake baking on a Saturday when we called out of the blue to look at a property! From that point on I knew I had not only an agent but a friend. She found us just what we wanted, negotiated for us since our primary home is not in the area, and did all of the paperwork with us over the phone and e-mail. We couldn't ask for a more responsive, kind, caring, knowledgeable person to guide us through our search and sale. She is a true gem in an industry that is sometimes not as ethicalas it should be. More agents need to be like her!!!!!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in New Brighton, PA.
Awesome to work with, has a great understanding of her local market and does not hesitate to provide candid feedback to the selller. I would not hesitate to recommend Marilyn to anyone looking to sell a house, REO or otherwise.
And she was right there with me every step of the way as I sold one townhouse and bought another in the same townhouse community where I have lived for the last 11 years.
Her knowledge of real estate, her level of commitment, her diligence in doing her job and her gentle persistence keeping me on top of everything I had to do for both closings was exceptional.
And I greatly appreciated her responsiveness to every detail, every situation, every problem that arose throughout the process. I think, though, the thing I was most impressed with and most thankful for was her ability to put a deal together for me to buy the home I did. She worked skillfully with all parties involved, but it was her working relationship with the mortgage broker I went with for the mortgage that set everything in motion that ultimately led to a successful closing.
It was certainly a job well done on her part and I couldn't be happier with the way in all worked out. I couldn't be happier and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to work with.
