I am a Realtor and I have worked with Mark for several years. He owns his own co. and is very knowledgeable/creative about various loan programs. That is important because each client is different and certain programs will not work for everyone. I have had loans turned down by other mortgage consultants and Mark has been able to fit them into a loan program that works for them. I call him "The Closer" because he can close loans that others can't. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to purchase or refinance real estate.
