We have worked with Mark Richards for several years now in purchasing investment properties. With his expert assistance, he has helped us purchase foreclosures, short sales and conventionally sold properties. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate market, especially, foreclosed and short sale properties. He is always very professional --- great communication skills and readily available to address our questions or concerns. His expertise in the home buying process and easy demeanor, help put one at ease in an otherwise stressful situation. We feel he genuinely cares that the buyer gets the property they will be happy with for the right price. We plan to continue working with Mark in the future and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.

Mark helped us purchase 4 houses last year.He knew which neighborhoods were good investments. He knows building codes and could tell us quickly if a house had problems and accurately estimate what it would cost to repair. He knew what we needed to offer to get a house but still get good value. The houses we bought have gone up by at least a third since we bought them .We were very happy with Mark! He is currently listing our home for sale.

Mark is the best realtor that I have come across. He is knowledgeable beyond the duties of a realtor. He was the middle person between my loan and seller's agents which had different demands at different stages of the process, and Mark was able to calm all parties down and helped me purchase my first home. I stumbled a few times during the home buying process and Mark was able to clear things up for me. Mark genuinely cares about the buyer and it is shown by the way he took the time out to communicate with me and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before we took each step. He is the diamond in the rough. I highly recommend Mark for all home buyers and will be using him again when I purchase my next home.

We purchased a home through Mark Richard in April 2010. Although we ended up buying the first home he showed us, we had him show us dozens of others until we could become comfortable with the area. As a retired Realtor myself, I felt that Mark Richard's knowledge of the area and rapidly changing market conditions were superb. Both my wife and I felt he was working for us full time.

Mark Richard is an awesome realtor! I felt very comfortable working with him and knew that he really enjoys what he does. He is very easy to talk to and has a great way of explaining everything to where you can understand. I would defiantly work with him again, but I do not see myself needed to buy a house any time soon because he did such a great job helping me buy my home that I plan to raise my growing family in for years to come. Thank you Mark for all of your help! We love our home! :)

Mark is well versed in the business of helping his client find the home they want. He has vast knowledge of building codes and craftsmanship to help point out potential risks in purchasing homes.
