As a first time buyer, Marnee was an ideal agent to guide me through the entire process. She goes above and beyond to accommodate her customers. She was incredibly efficient and prompt with her services. Even when it came to other areas e.g. insurance, mortgage brokers, mortgage rates, inspections, closing lawyers etc. she was knowledgeable and offered great advice. Marnee knows how to take confusing information and put it into more customer friendly terms. Most importantly, Marnee is passionate about her job and she genuinely wants what is best for her customers. In my opinion, those are the most important qualities a real estate agent can possess.

I just completed my closing today!! I am a first time home buyer, and am very new to what home ownership entails. I was nervous but confident through every step mainly due to all the guidance and help I have received from Marnee. I would like to acknowledge and thank her for that.

Apart from being an accomplished realtor she is a warm person, very approachable and easy to deal with. Always available to answer your call and very efficient with scheduling/rescheduling showings.

Once I found the place she negotiated for me a great deal, secure the deal and found me a house inspector to get it appraised as well!!! After which she negotiated with sellers to cover for all the repairs, oh and not only that she also found a reliable contractor and got me an accurate estimate on the repairs!!!

Wait there is more.....she went the extra mile to also find/refer me to a few banks, title agency, attorney etc everything that you would need, to get a house and after you get one.

Once the offer was in, she took me around and gave me a detailed tour of the neighborhood and the downtown area as well.

Anyone can sell a house in a frothy market full of demand-- Marnee is the pro you want selling your house when the market is where it is today. Demand is down, pricing is down, power is in the hands of the buyer in large part, even more so in a market like Rhode Island's-- Marnee is the calm in the storm. When you have challenges, she's a professional who knows how to handle all phases of the transaction: analysis of the market of comparables, a proper pricing strategy and like the best sales people-- Marnee knows how and when to engage with the right people to get your house sold. Our home had an outstanding amount of showings and substantial internet traction as compared to other properties in the market. Over the course of our Sell we had 4 offers within the contracted showing period. 2 offers were accepted, the 1st of which ended in a busted sale, then she convertedf that headache into a new contract with another buyer within 1 month-- it was amazing. All the way, Marnee's advise and counsel was thoughtful and correct, even in retrospect a couple of months later. Like I said before, her calming influence guided us to make good decisions in all phases of our transaction. She doesn't become the bull in the china shop, rather giving balanced, objective advice and allowing her clients time to make decisions they're comfortable with. I have nothing but high praise for Marnee-- and by the way, she and her husband Tom have a partnership and strategy in working together and showing the property that was more effective than I thought possible-- and we probably got more tailored selling as a result. If you want an agent to work as hard as is possible in every regard and treat you like family, work with Marnee and that's what you'll get. Anyone can sell a house, its tfhe little things that make it a blessing or a curse and our experience with Marnee was full of blessings.
