Aloha and E Komo Mai' (Welcome).
I was born and raised in Kailua, Oahu and have traveled extensively throughout the United States & Europe being my (late) father was (ret) Air force and an Airline Pilot.
I was blessed as a young teenager to grow up on the Beach in one of Kailua's elite neighborhoods- Kaimalino. Having the Ocean as my backyard, I learned every water sport available, surfing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling, kayaking, body surfing & snorkeling, and sailing.
My Alma Mater is University of Hawaii with a major in Sociology. I'm a (former) Honolulu Board of Director (2009-2011). Past Windward Regional Group Chair for 3 Years (2006, 2007, & 2008) and I am active with many other Community Service Organizations.
I'm a very proud Mother of two children. They attended private schools at Le Jardin Academy in Kailua and Iolani High School in Honolulu. They are both college graduates and charging forth into their careers.
I've been in the real-estate business for 20 years with the first 8 focusing on Investment and Development and the last 13 to today....specializing in Residential.
In 2001 I joined Coldwell Banker and later transferred to Century 21 All Islands to broaden my options as a Realtor. While I have experience in Vacant Land, Sub-division & Development, I'm more skilled with Residential Properties, also the heart & soul of Real Estate. Nothing gives me more satisfaction then working directly with BUYERS and SELLERS and sharing their experiences, for some their biggest transaction of their lives.
I've represented buyers and sellers on Oahu from North to South and East to West, and a few on the neighbor islands. Majority of my clients are Corporate Executives, Military, Actors, 2nd Home Buyers and Investors who are relocating to the Island for either jobs or their vacation retreat. I pride myself on knowing the Island well. I have extensive market knowledge, I'm a skilled negotiator, and I maintain excellent working conditions with my fellow Realtors.
When I'm not selling real-estate, you'll find me sailing off Diamond Head, or Hiking the Lanikai Pillbox or Koko Head Trails or taking a stroll on the world famous Kailua and Lanikai beaches.
Hawaii is such a special place with some of the friendliest people on earth. I truly look forward to working with you and being able to share the "Aloha" experience.
Mahalo for your time,
