Sold a home in 2011.
Martha knows the Glenview market and helped us get the condo sold in a reasonable time in today's difficult market. I would use her again for a similar transaction.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $675K in Glenview, IL.

Bought a home in 2012.
She was always on time and very patient with the every changing decisions of my wife and I. It was very frustrating for us to find the house that we wanted as the market is currently poor but having Martha on our side surely helped. She was always very helpful, easy to reach and organized. Bought a home in 2012.
Martha was assigned to us by our re-location company. She helped us find great home in a wonderful neighborhood. Martha was knowledgable about the area we choose. She always responded quickly to emails, phone calls or texts. Her positive attitude made me feel comfortable from miles away. I enjoyed working with her as did my husband.
