Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Martha knows the Glenview market and helped us get the condo sold in a reasonable time in today's difficult market. I would use her again for a similar transaction.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $675k in Glenview, IL.Summary:
Martha was a pleasure to work with on both the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home. In these turbulent economic times, Martha was a trusted advisor who set realistic expectations on both the sale of my home in Glenview and my ultimate purchase of a property in Libertyville . Buyers can be very demanding and Martha served ...as a voice of reason throughout the marketing process and the negotiations with my buyer. She also was very helpful in the negotiations of my purchase and brought this transaction to a successful closing with the sellers walking away pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Martha to my friends and family as she has the experience and knowledge of the north shore market that is critical in today’s challenging times.
