Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2013 in Ocean View, DE.
Martin was very very helpful in showing several houses that I had picked out to view plus a few that he had picked which fell under the criteria that I had given him. He was very knowledgeable about the area that we were looking in. He worked around the times that we chose to view these homes and took his time with us to discuss and advise us as what to look for next. We did not have a Lawyer, not knowing that we needed one, and he took care of this for us also. Every time that I had a question if he did not answer the call he would get back to me within the hour.
