Have enjoyed working with Mr. Kaiser as a seller and as a buyer. He has extensive knowledge of the local market, both from a historical perspective and current trends. He uses relavent comps to help justify strategies on pricing. He is frank and honest with his clients. His responsiveness is very prompt. I've conducted a couple of real estate transactions in Hunter's Creek without him, and now wish I hadn't! Mr. Kaiser is, by far, the most knowledgable, best prepared, and quickest responding realtor I've ever dealt with. Once you've bought your home, there is no further reason to deal with your realtor, until you are ready to sell it, but Marty is the kind of professional I would feel comfortable calling and asking for adviceor help, any time. My wife and I feel that we have never dealt with anyone more friendly and helpful, in any field. Great agent. Sold my house in 3 days and I bought the 1st house he showed me. Need I say more? Super responsive to phone calls and emails. I was very impressed with his local knowledge as well as his knowledge of the real estate market from a political and national perspective.
Well known in HC area but be careful. When talking price on a home his wife who also sells gave out personal information of mine to her husband who knew the seller (He bought 6 homes from him) which gave the seller the upper hand and ended the deal. This breakdown lost my trust in the Kaiser team and lost a sale for them. In the end I am in a better home in an better area without the Kaiser drama. Not bad people but be careful.
