Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Riverview, FL.
My partner and I relocated to Tampa a year ago from Arkansas and were referred to Marvin by a friend. Marvin was quick to respond to my initial email and set up a time for us to meet with him and discuss what we were looking for. He was attentive and took the time to try and look for homes that met as many of our requirements as possible. When our home in Arkansas didn't sell as quickly as we had hoped, Marvin helped us find a condo to rent. Finally, after a year of being here and getting our previous home in Arkansas sold, Marvin was able to help us find and get into our new home in Riverview. We couldn't be more pleased with Marvin's professionalism, attention to detail in learning our personalities and what we wanted in a home, and finally helping negotiate an AMAZING deal for us. If it weren't for his negotiating we probably wouldn't have been able to get into the home we wanted, at a price that we could afford, and still have the upgrades we were able to get. We would HIGHLY recommend Marvin to our friends and family and look forward to using Marvin again in the future when we upgrade.
In my experience, Marvin Meeks is a highly professional and effective real estate manager. He's been managing our downtown rental property for over 2 years and we are very happy with his proactive attitude and a strong business sense. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Davis Island, Tampa, FL.
Marvin was GREAT! After looking for 12 months with no luck we met Marvin. Marvin was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process. I have used many realtors in the past, but he was by far the best we have ever dealt with. I recommend Marvin to anyone in the area. You will be very happy with your results.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Old Seminole Heights, Tampa, FL.
Marvin recently helped my wife and I purchase a home in the Old Seminole Heights neighborhood of Tampa. During the process, we probably saw a dozen homes (all over the region - Palma Ceia, Virginia Park, Old Seminole Heights, and Port Tampa) and Marvin's knowledge of the neighborhoods as well as interior decorating made the choices so much easier. While looking at the homes my wife was concerned about remodeling and space allocation. His expertise in these areas saved us several possible headaches.
From start to finish he was always available and extremely accommodating. From showings that fit our schedule, to final questions during document signing - we would recommend him highly.
