My wife and I just bought a house and Derek was great to work with. We were first time home buyers so we didn't really know what to expect. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Tower Grove South, Saint Louis, MO.

"When my Father suddenly passed on, I was left to deal with a mostly finished house, in St. Louis, that was being remodeled. A short sale was needed because the value unfortunately was substantially below the loan amount and there was also a large unpaid trade bill. I engaged the team of Realtor Mary Krummenacher of Boulevard Real Estate as well as Short Sale Specialists led by Barry Russell. I was most impressed with their combined team's evaluation, pricing, negotiation with the lender, and general good service through to the culmination of the whole short sale process. As part of the short sale negotiation, they even negotiated a satisfactory release with the trade lien holder. The completion of this short sale process was both timely and a big burden off our minds."
