I would like to recommend Bridget McGee as she is very knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. I entered a post on Zillow about a month ago. I was kind of fishing, hoping someone would help me. You see, I had a loan modification in 2010 and was basically being told by several different lenders that since I had modification, I could not take advantage of the refi programs specific to my type of loan. Bridget answered my post and she and I had a conversation regarding my specific issues. Well, I went into their office, which is very welcoming and comfortable, and presented my issues and what I wanted to do. Bridget and her brother, Tony Demchak, listened to me, explained things that were not explained to me by previous lenders and went to work on my loan. Throughout the process, I was informed of the status of my loan and what information I needed to provide to help the process. Well I got the call today, that I was APPROVED :) :). I could not believe it. I thanked GOD for Bridget and Tony for all their hard work and effort put forth to help me. I have been telling my friends, family and co-workers about Bridget aka "The Mortgage Mama" and Tony and encouraging them to call. One other neat thing is once your loan closes, a donation is made to your favorite charity.
