I've heard it said that if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life. After 17 years in this crazy real estate business I can still say that I love what I do. The Highlands Ranch Real Estate and  Denver homes that I sell are as diverse as the people who live in them. I enjoy helping people uncover for themselves how their dwelling can mirror their personality and lifestyle. Who wouldn't enjoy spending time inside homes where owners took time and effort to adapt their dwelling to meet their specific lifestyle and tastes?

Sold a Townhouse home in 2015 for approximately $150K in Speer, Denver, CO.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $500K in Castle Rock, CO.

Matt Kuchar is a really great guy and my experience working with him could not have been any better! I was moving from PA to CO to buy my very first house... so I had about as many questions as anyone could have... and Matt answered them all.
