I've heard it said that if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life. After 17 years in this crazy real estate business I can still say that I love what I do. The Highlands Ranch Real Estate and  Denver homes that I sell are as diverse as the people who live in them. I enjoy helping people uncover for themselves how their dwelling can mirror their personality and lifestyle. Who wouldn't enjoy spending time inside homes where owners took time and effort to adapt their dwelling to meet their specific lifestyle and tastes?

Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Side Creek, Aurora, CO.

Our situation was a little unusual in that we had tenants in the condo that were moving but Matt was patient with us and very helpful. We had multiple offers and took the most attractive one. The appraisal came in extremely low but after Matt had some "educational discussion" with the appraiser he revised the appraisal to a more reasonable figure. I don't know that other realtors would have gone the extra mile for us but I am grateful that Matt did. I will definitely use him in the event that we need to change locations again.  More Less

Listed, but didn't sell my Townhouse home in 2014 in University, Denver, CO.

Even though we live in Australia, Matt was responsive, thorough and negotiable during the process. And although the studio did not sell, it was not a lack of trying from Matt. We will be contacting Matt in the future when it is time to attempt to sell the unit again.
