04/12/2013 - user57187914Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Washington Virginia Vale, Denver, CO.
I had a very pleasant experience with Matthew Kuchar as my agent. I was left with the responsibility of selling my father's house after his unexpected death and had no knowledge of the real-estate world. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a positive and stress-free experience selling their home.

My experience with Matt Kuchar was the best. He is very good at what he does and as a result of much effort on his part he made the process of finding and closing on a new home stress-free for me. He is still assisting me now, two months after closing, making sure I can find the community resources I need.
THANKS MATT!!!!!!!

Matt has acted as our agent on dozens of transactions - as a listing agent, selling agent, or both. He is diligent, patient and knowledgeable and he sets the bar high in terms of integrity and ethics. Matt never pushes you to purchase nor pushes you to accept an offer.

We are so grateful to have worked with Matt Kuchar throughout the process of searching and buying a new home. He was committed to helping us find a home that was a perfect fit for us. We were thankful to have his experience and expertise when we asked his perspective on the homes. It was always very helpful. He was very professional and always available either by phone or email. His experience was apparent throughout the process, negotiations, and closing.
He was patient with us as we determined what we were looking for and when things did not always work out due to the market demand. In the end, he made this experience enjoyable and always brought a positive attitude to something that at times can be frustrating.
We would absolutely use Matt to purchase a home in the future.

My home was on the market for over two years, Matt Kuchar sent out a mailer that grabbed my attention. I contacted him, and we got the ball rolling. In 6 mos he had a contract on my home. Matts level of professionalism speaks volumns. From the photographer to the flyers and avaliable information about my home it moved quickly. Customer service at all levels is very important to me. Matt answers his phone call, returns his phone calls, and doesn't leave you wondering whats going to happen next. He knows all aspects of selling your home, with inspections, and steps that you may need to follow as a Seller.
Our plan is to purchase a new home this year and without question Matt Kuchar will be our agent.

Matt made buying our home a great experience. Earlier we had a horrible experience with a builder and we were very gun shy to try home buying again. Matt immediately put our concerns at ease with his knowledge of the area, schools, and real estate. He always answered all our questions and returned every phone call in a timely manner. Due to his expertise and the fact that he made us feel like his #1 client, it made putting our confidence in him a no brainer. He was with us every step of the way, from helping us at pre-approval to the day of closing. Even after we moved in, Matt reiterated that he would always be available to help with our new home and that our relationship did not end at closing. We would recommend Matt to anyone buying a first home or their dream home.
Response from Matthew
Buying my first home with Matt's help was a gratifying experience. He established what I wanted and focused on that and not some other agenda that I had experienced with others. He is professional, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I will probably have him as my exclusive realtor in the years ahead.
I reccommed him to all, with no reservations and you will not be disappointed.

We gave Matt all the information we had about our fifty five year old house. Because of the age of the house, we had problems that had to be taken care of. Matt went out of his way to get the people we needed to take care of the problems. We are happy with the results.

He is very professional and presents you to the point what he can do for you. For your selling price, he works out to sell your house within the time frame you are looking for.
He responds to you even at night; he works day and night for you. Thanks Matt. May the force be with you!

Matt was an incredible resource throughout this entire process, especially when it came to the negotiation phase with the Lender. Also, this sale was extremely tough as it was out of necessity, not the desire to sell. Matt was compassionate, but kept the process moving along.
