Our situation was a little unusual in that we had tenants in the condo that were moving but Matt was patient with us and very helpful. We had multiple offers and took the most attractive one. The appraisal came in extremely low but after Matt had some "educational discussion" with the appraiser he revised the appraisal to a more reasonable figure. I don't know that other realtors would have gone the extra mile for us but I am grateful that Matt did. I will definitely use him in the event that we need to change locations again.

We listed our house with Matthew Kuchar. He was prompt in listing, professionally did everything from staging to the professional photos and listing. Only we did not like the fact that we were not aware of the market and he wanted to list it for lower. Comps were given low and not knowing that the market was going up, we should have expected him to tell us. As soon as we sold the property, within a week, we should have got at least $10,000 more and within six months, it went up $30,000. Other than that, Matthew was on top of things and quickly closed the deal and all paperwork he did very smoothly. He was very helpful and responsive.
