Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Highlands Ranch, CO.
I'm a newer investor in real estate and I couldn't have found a better partner /
team member than Matt. He has tirelessly screened and shown me too many
properties to count, and through the process, has been a great advisor. I highly
doubt you could find a more enthusiastic and knowledgeable real estate agent,
especially for the Highlands Ranch / Parker / Centennial areas.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Highlands Ranch, CO.
Matt did an excellent job selling our previous home and finding us a new home. He arranged for both closings to be on the same day and we even had three days to transition to the new home!
One thing that really sets Matt apart from most agents is his timely and honest communication skills both in working with us and dealing with other agents.
At one point, we decided against a home we had under contract, but Matt looked out for our needs until we could find the right property for us.
We highly recommend Matt if you are selling or buying.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Highlands Ranch, CO.
Excellent realtor--as an out-of-state owner, Matt made this process painless. Due to his hard work and advice I was able to sell this house quickly and with a favorable contract. Matt had very professional literature for each of the prospective buyers and made sure that the property keep it's clean and fresh appearance throughout the weeks of showings. Matt works with a team of professionals that were timely in their paperwork and always available by phone.

Sold a home in 2011.
Matt is very knowledgeable of the market and gives as much information as possible to make decisions. He is very clear and listened to our concerns selling our home. He has a great contractor referral base for anything that needed to get done from,staging, carpet, photo shoots etc. We really appreciated all the help he gave us and would recommend him to anyone.

When we decided to start looking for a place we did some searching online. One of the first places we looked at was represented by Matt and we decided to make him our buyer's agent. He was a great resource for all aspects of our purchase, introducing us to our Mortgage Broker and our inspection guy. We've also come to find out that he's one of the most reputable real estate guys in Denver! Between the two of us we give him four thumbs up!

Matt has been a great Realtor to work with. He was very knowledgeable with how the process works purchasing a house and being a first time home buyer this was very helpful for me. He was also really organized and on top of everything with the paperwork. In addition to this Matt was very good at answering his phone or if he was busy calling back as soon as he was free. Ultimately Matt's honest and up front attitude made my home buying experience as pleasant and easy as possible.
