Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Gateway / Green Valley Ranch, Denver, CO.
Matt did a great job for me and I'm a realtor! When a realtor hires another realtor to sell their home, it a great compliment. I don't live nearby or even in the state of Colorado so one would think that it would add to the already difficult situation of selling a home. This was not the case. It was easy to work with Matt and he was constantly in touch with me via phone, email, text and mail. It is incredibly important in this market to stay in touch with the seller. Matt was able to handle every issue that came up and never lost his positive attitude. If you want someone who gets the job done, efficiently and with great service, he’s your guy.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Highlands Ranch, CO.
Our home buying experience was go great! We looked at lots of places and the house we ended up buying was one he suggested, not one we had even picked. That is a great realtor! I would absolutely recommend Matt and will use him for any other real estate needs we may have.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Centennial, CO.
Mr. Kuchar and his colleagues were available to and for my family from day one. After moving from NC to CO with the military, we were in need of assistance in locating a home here in the Aurora, Centennial or Englewood area. My wife and I looked at many homes online to get an idea of what we wanted and when we found for the most part, what we wanted, Mr. Kuchar absolutely closed the gap and ensured we got what were looking for in all areas of our needs and wants. There are a lot of homes on the market for sale and Mr. Kuchar was able to locate ones my wife and I could not locate. Each one was well within our budget and each home was very much appropriate for a family of six. You are not going to work with many Realtors that is as professional, knowledgeable and willing to work early and or late on your behalf. I absolutely have and will continue to recommend Mr. Kuchar and his colleagues to any family and friends that are looking to purchase and or sell their home(s). Matt Kuchar is a seasoned realtor. He has been our agent for over two years and has helped us purchase two investment condos to our complete satisfaction. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Aurora, CO.
We contacted Matthew Kuchar in 2010 and from the first day he was ready to help us and find us a property according to our wishes. With a lot of patient and professionalism he showed us different properties and eventually we agreed to buy a condo in Littleton. A few days before closing we wanted to cancel the deal, because we wanted to buy a single family home. Although this was a very bad news for Matt he still took us serious and as a professional he understood our situation. After almost 13 months (I am very picky) Matt found us a property that makes us smile every time we walk threw the door.
Matt was always very professional and dedicated to getting us the house we wanted and he made a lot of effort to find us our dream home. Matt did not rush the purchasing process and took the time for each house we looked at. Whenever we went to see properties we could tell that Matt had rather us having the right property then just making a sale. To make the story short, Matt is the BEST in his job. He is not only very knowledgeable, but also very customer orientated, has eye for detail and cares about the wishes of his clients. He has a good heart and his first priority is making his buyers happy instead of making money. I highly recommend Matt.

Matthew Kuchar has saved us thousands of dollars with his expert advise and market knowledge. Matt has been uber responsive to our needs and made every effort to meet every one of our needs in both buying and selling. Matt was first referred to us while we lived out of state and wanted to buy in Colorado. He searched for exactly what we wanted without pressuring us into something we didn't want. In his search for us, he video'd several properties to show us from afar. The experience was so good, we used him to buy a second property. This time, he helped us in negotiations and saved us, literally, tens of thousands of dollars because he knew the market and the seller's situation. Now we are using him again for a third transaction - because we'd use no one else. This time, we are selling a property and Matt has it under contract within 60 days to close. Even now, he has proven his responsiveness and professionalism in overcoming the obstacles that inevitably come up in transactions. We couldn't imagine doing these transactions without him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Aurora Hills, Aurora, CO.
Matt listed and sold my mother's home in Aurora. My mother is 85 and has trouble concentrating. Matt was very patient and precise when communicating with her without being condescending. His experience with real estate was obvious and helped in getting a good price for the home without taking too much time. I am glad we chose Matt to sell my mom's home.

Matt was awesome. The main ingredient in Matt's game plan was that as a client, we had NO worries. It was actually relaxing knowing that Matt had our interests in mind. I would recommend Matt with NO reservations! Five stars and A++++++++!

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $200K in Centennial, CO.
Matt has helped us sell two homes that would have gone into complete foreclosure if it were not for his professionalism and persistence. Matt exhibits what I call the "5 P's" (professional, personable, patient, proactive, and persistent). Matt took impossible situations and turned them around. He helped to reduce our stress with his calm demeanor, hard work, and his faith that things would work out. I recommend Matt to anyone trying to buy or sell a home!
