Matt represented me in the sale of my home during a deep slump in the market. I had previously listed with 2 other agents from my area, but it was helpful to have a man's perspective. The expertise, responsiveness, and communication with Matt was a tremendous improvement over what I received previously. He was always positive but realistic. We lowered our price a twice in the listing period, as the market continued to fall. The listing time to sell was 4 months on this attempt, and we accepted a 94% offer. When the buyer's agent suggested that we should concede on major improvements, Matt reminded her that her client was already getting a bargain, and that the house was move-in ready, without any needed repairs. I hope I never have to sell in a market like this again, but I would certainly list with Matt Hester again.…More Less
