From start to finish Matt made the experience easy and as low-stress as possible. His stager, Andrea, suggested the changes necessary to show our house at its best. Then photographer, Kate, made our staged house look amazing online. In the office, Dena wrote up the description of our home that made it sound so appealing. To determine pricing, Matt brought in an appraiser who surprisingly appraised the house significantly higher than any in our neighborhood had sold, at which point Matt's advice on pricing was invaluable. Matt's assistant, Amber was beyond helpful with every question and detail regarding the process and paperwork.
We put our house on the market on a Thursday and on Friday had three offers over asking price, with which Matt began negotiations. In the end our home sold for over asking price, and higher than the highest previous selling price in our neighborhood. Much to our frustration our buyers were demanding, as well as especially unyielding during the inspection negotiations. Matt's advice and compromise recommendations were the only reason the deal was saved.
