Matthew is a consummate professional. He is knowledgeable, responsive, devoted, and charismatic. Matthew picked up my taste in homes like he has a sixth sense. He found me the ranch home of my dreams and helped me lock into a contract before the property even hit the market.

Everything I asked of the seller, Matthew successfully negotiated. Everything I needed to know about the homes he showed (down to who last owned the property, what their housekeeping skills were like, and what my block would feel like), Matthew knew like he grew up in the neighborhood.

My home purchase broke down when a failed transaction forced me to abandon those plans -- but even when I was most distraught, Matthew offered personal support and practical tips on how to mitigate my losses. When I am ready to purchase a home again, I hope Matthew will be around to work with me! And when my friends search for real estate in the area, I will recommend him without hesitation.

We decided to contact Mr. Greene when we read the reviews listed on Zillow. He lived up to all of the great reviews. HIs initial presentation was very professional and well prepared. His recommendation for the selling price was backed up by solid research of similar houses in our area. He provided a interior decorator to further enhance the appearance of the house. Him and his assistant Karen communicated to us frequently. Our house was sold in January within 3 weeks at full asking price. They further assisted us through the closing of the house.

Matt did a wonderful job selling my sister's house. As soon as he had a showing he would e-mail me the results right away. If I needed any information he would get it to me right away. I never excepted the house to sell that quickly.

I would highly recommend Matt to my friends or family if they are planning to sell their house.

Matthew found us attempting to sell our home on Craigslist "For Sale by Owner." He was courteous with his cold call to us to the point we invited him to sit with us and review our options with a real estate agent. He quickly showed us that we were under priced and would benefit from staging expertise. We let Matthew know we wanted to sell the home in a 30 day window.
