A Fresh Perspective…sounds nice, doesn't it? I must say, that concept was one of the main reasons for me joining Dwell Realty. I received my license back in 2005 and up until March of 2011, all my time was spent working for the "Big Boys." Don't get me wrong, learning under that type of tutelage was instrumental and invaluable to becoming successful. However, I felt like the approach towards real estate and clients in general was becoming a little old fashioned. Our world is both fast-paced and ever changing, which means our tactics as agents needs modification in order to keep up. Hence, it is essential to gain…A Fresh Perspective.

My attitude towards clients is rather simple. Whether you are buying or selling a home, I will always advise what I truly believe is the best option. Easy enough, right? Well, where my method tends to be a little different then most is that I take into consideration not only the present situation, but I also focus on what will be best for you (as a client) in the future. My job isn't just to buy or sell a house for you, but rather make sure you make an educated decision. And I'm not going to lie…I love taking on that responsibility. 

The world of real estate can be a wild ride, but when you have someone taking the pressure off and keeping an eye out for what lies ahead, it sure is enjoyable!

    Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Rogers, MN.
    Matt worked extensively with my wife and I in 2008 when we purchased our first home. We had never been through the home buying process before and he helped us out every step of the way. He navigated us through a downward trending housing market. Matt was patient and diligent with us to make sure we found the right house, while taking into account future home values, and where the market was going. This proved to be invaluable and we were so pleased with Matt’s expertise and professionalism.

    We recently purchased our second home and of course worked with Matt again. This time our latest purchase was a hobby farm.     Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Standish, Minneapolis, MN.
    Matt helped us find our home 2 years ago. He was very friendly, on time, helpful, knowledgeable and worked hard for us to find just the right house. Matt has a great sense of humor and made us feels comfortable. He worked around our busy schedules and respected our time by showing us just the houses that might be good candidates for us.     Bought a home in 2012.
    Matt spent a year with my wife and I as we struggled to find a home that met of all our needs and wants. Yes, we were picky, and went through some life changes that allowed our criteria to expand (and ultimately start us all over).

    Throughout the 100 or so homes we looked at, Matt was always fun to be with, patient, informative, and made us feel comfortable as we dealt with the highs and lows of search for a home.
