Worked with Matt for a townhome in the Hyper competitive Cap Hill/Fremont/W'ford area in summer of 2015. and he got us a discount (kind of) in cap Hill. We're still stunned that we could get what we got in our budget! The not so good bit about Matt is that he's freaking busy. But i felt that he could prioritize. I believe he has some clients who are learning the market and some who really want to buy. So he made time for us. We met him 9 am on Saturdays and were out till 9 pm on weekdays. He clearly works 100+ hours a week and once you’re pre-approved (it took us some time) and ready to make offers, he’s always by your side. my wife and I had to do our own leg work as well. We saw quite a few houses on our own, and if we liked them enough, Matt was always available to check them out later on his own. I have a few friends who are working with other realtors and I believe that from everything we have heard, my wife and I got exception service from Matt. At least one close friend has recently ditched her realtor for Matt. Another crucial factor was that Matt and I have similar tastes, so we could align our views easily. Now that might or might not be very true for everyone. If I had to buy again, I might do it on my own, but as first time house buyers, we were not confident enough. Matt helped us learn the market, research the neighborhoods and look for itty-bitty details. Half the houses he’d reject as soon as we entered them. And that shows that he wasn’t pushing us to buy or raise our budget. I’m sure you know that its hyper-competitive out there and I’d rather have Matt on my side then against. I might sound biased, but I guess I am.

Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $175K in South Delridge, Seattle, WA.

INDUSTRY GENIUS. UTMOST HONESTY. UNPARALLELLED DEDICATION. These are just a few of the remarkable qualities immediately noticeable upon first meeting Matt. After making contact with a number of Agents to purchase our first home, my husband and I knew within the first 10 minutes of "interviewing" Matt that he was the one. Actually we were stunned; his up to the second knowledge, attention to every conceivable detail, obvious desire to fulfill our needs, and seemingly inexhaustible positive energy blew everyone else out of the water. As our home search began and continued, other aspects of both the way Matt does business and who he is as a person emerged. Not only is he an incomparable professional, he is inherently ethical and kind. My husband has worked in law for over 20 years, and my own work has ranged from professional pianist to legal secretary, Personal Assistant to the COO to professional photographer. We've seen a great deal of "if it's too good to be true it probably is" in our careers. The thing is... Matt seems too good to be true... EXCEPT he's the real deal and not only lives up to, but consistently exceeds every expectation without fail. My husband and I agree neither of us have even *once* met a harder working individual with greater passion for his/her work. From multi-million dollar deals to the most limited of budgets, ALL clients are given full and equal attention, respect, patience, regard to details, and commitment. Hands down, if you sincerely want the best Agent in the Seattle area, you truly need to look no further. Save yourself time and start from the top. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, MATT! We will always owe you infinite gratitude for finding us our first - and perfect - home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.1M in Madrona, Seattle, WA.

My husband and I were first-time homeowners. We were somewhat intimidated when we started our search due to Seattle's hot market (e.g. stories of multiple all cash offers, no contingencies, and other craziness). From the moment we met Matt, our fears and hesitations about the process went away, and it became fun. Matt always made himself available, despite our hectic schedules. I was most concerned about feeling pushed into decisions I wasn't ready for when we started, but Matt was respectful and patient. He knew exactly what we were looking for (older homes in walkable neighborhoods with an easy commute) and has a fabulous eye. He is also very familiar with home improvements and gave us accurate estimates of what it would cost us to make changes to a home we liked. Once we found the house we loved, Matt guided us through the process with an expert hand. He answered all of our questions and described multiple plans of attack and what they would entail. We always felt properly informed and confident that Matt was working in our best interests. Our closing was stress-free and exciting. We love our new home and neighborhood. I absolutely loved working with Matt and as I told my husband, "Anyone who doesn't use Matt is an idiot!"

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $500K in Ravenna, Seattle, WA.

Matt is the man! Buying a home for the first time is tough. Seattle's competitive multiple offer scenario adds to that anxiety. We consider ourselves lucky that we called Matt to help us with our purchase. His extensive knowledge in Seattle neighborhood, constant prompt response to our questions make the purchasing experience extremely smooth. We would definitely recommend Matt without reservation.

Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Phinney Ridge, Seattle, WA.

Matt was incredible! We met him relatively late in the process of purchasing our first home. Many brokers would have gone through the motion of getting to know us - we had already found our future home - with a focus on closing the deal. Not Matt. He went out of his way to get to know us and was a constant advocate through a sometimes-tricky process. His level of candor was refreshing and kept us focused.

We've found ourselves describing Matt to friends as thoughtful, caring, detail-oriented, considerate, knowledgeable, experienced, and determined. Definitely the person you want at your side when purchasing a home.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 in University District, Seattle, WA.

We chose Matt to list our historic condo because of his impressive knowledge of the area, attention to detail, and responsiveness. We had actually never considered staging our place, but when Matt showed us what he could do...we decided to give it a try. I can honestly say our jaws dropped when he transformed our empty condo into a stylish, inviting home that sold in less than a week! The photography and virtual tour were top notch and he took care of all of it, so we didn't have to worry about a thing! We were most impressed with our communication with Matt...he has his finger on the pulse of the area and was able to highlight not only features of our home, but the neighborhood,as well. He was flexible, fun, positive, genuine and professional both in writing and in person. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would refer Matt without reservation. Thanks, Matt!

Sold a home in 2015 in Fremont, Seattle, WA 98107.

I can't express enough how amazing of a realtor Matt is! He went above and beyond to do what it took to help me sell my condo. He treated me as if I were a million dollar client and never once wavered during the long battle with my HOA board to get the condo ready to go on the market. He took on an incredible amount of work and stress so that I wouldn't have to, all while ensuring my needs were met. Matt completely exceeded my expectations. He will definitely be my buying agent when I move back to Seattle and I cannot wait to work with him again! I would also be happy to go into further detail to anyone considering Matt as their selling agent!

Sold a home in 2014.

Matt was alwayes there and ready to help me, during the office hours or after hours. In the office or in his house. He had my interest in mind and did not push me to buy something that was not in my best interest. He has what it takes to be an outstanding agent, knowledge, expertise and energy.

Bought a Multi Family home in 2014 for approximately $400K in Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA.

Last week we had an excellent experience buying a new home, thanks to Matthew Miner. I am not new to purchasing and selling real estate properties and this was by far the best experience I ever had. Matt's professionalism, friendliness, sincerity and diligence went above and beyond our expectations, and without them, we would not have been able to make this great purchase. He knows the Seattle real estate market inside and out, works hard and makes all the right moves to make sure you get what you want. He spent countless hours with us to learn about our preferences and to identify and show us properties that could meet our needs. Above all, he never tried to push us into a decision, yet giving us all the information we needed to decide. We found Matt to be an excellent real estate agent as well as a good-hearted person who acted as our advocate and friend.

Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Fremont, Seattle, WA.

If you want to find the perfect home that meets all your requirements, Matthew is your guy! The funny thing is, we met Matt by chance, but totally struck the jackpot!

My boyfriend and I were renting together on Capitol hill for 6 years. We simply needed more space! However, during the search for more square footage, the rent was getting way out of control! We started to realize a mortgage would actually be cheaper than finding a new space to rent. I downloaded the Zillow app and started looking at all the possibilities. I found a listing of interest and submitted my name and phone number through Zillow. Matt called me almost immediately after. I felt so comfortable with him over the phone and liked him right away. The next thing you know, we were sitting in Matt's office explaining everything we want in our new home. For first time buyers, purchasing a home can be very intimidating and seem unachievable. One thing that stands out during that first meeting is Matt telling us, "Don't worry, buying a home isn't hard, it's easy." It's true, but it's because of Matt's knowledge and expertise.

We looked at 20+ homes before finding the right one. Still, it happened so quickly! We found the perfect place and made an offer only 4 weeks after our search began! The housing market in Seattle is quite competitive. Matt made all the right moves to make sure we won the bid and got what we needed from the seller. Through it all, he was very patient. We had so many questions for him throughout the whole process. He explained everything in great detail and made sure we understood.

We have been in our new home in downtown Fremont for 3 weeks now. We love it here and still have to pinch ourselves. Matt made it fun and easy!
