Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
We recently purchased property in Wills Point and were fortunate to have Matt as our broker. He was knowledgeable and effectively communicated to ensure all our questions were answered. We were very particular in finding out specific information on the property, and Matt followed through with each tedious request without delay. I know that should we need a broker in the future Matt would be our man!

Listed, but didn't sell my Vacant Land home in 2009 in Kaufman, TX.Summary:
I had a great experience working with Matt Oakley, he is a very polite person and listens to what is ask of him. He goes that step futher for his customers and works hard for the customer needs! He seems to be a true professional in the real estate game.
I referred Matt to a family friend who was having trouble moving his properity, my friend was very postive to me about Matt, after his first meeting. He was also very happy when Matt was successful in selling his land.

Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Matt was great.
We where lucky enough to find Matt on the recommendation of a relative. Matt was extremely familiar with the area and it's market value. He went above and beyond our expectations. He provided us with his expert opinions and gave us advice that no other realtor had done in the past. We will be selling our house in Parker in a year or so, and Matt will be the first person we call when the time comes.
We highly recommend Matt.
