I would more than highly recommend Max Boyko at Remax! He helped us find our DREAM home, for our 1st home :). What are the chances? He is incredibly professional, courteous, and patient! Sold a home in 2011.
Max Boyko is very professional and sincere. We had to short sale our property immediately in order to receive a huge incentive with the property lender. We met with Max and he came to the house on a Monday (to take pictures) and by Wednesday the pictures were up and running and by that Friday we received phone calls for appointment to see the house. That Saturday 4 people came by to see the house and by Monday Max called us with an offer! Basically we lucked out or was it Max's magic touch but the house was only listed for one week.
