First of all let me be clear about two things: 1) I love my job! and 2) I love to work with the public. The best thing about being a Realtor, for me, is the ability to educate my clients and future clients and keeping them informed about the aspects of real estate. I understand that sometimes we can be afraid of the unknown. I like to take those fears or misconceptions and turn it into something powerful. Knowledge is power and I firmly believe in that. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do things more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
