Sold a home in 2011.
Helen is a true professional. She was very thorough in her explanations and spoke to my wife and I at a very respectful level. She was open to answer any questions and if she did not have an immediate response, she got back to us as soon as possible. I would and have recommended Helen to family and friends. If we would ever think of selling and/or buying another home, we would definitely ask Helen for her assistance.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Whittier, CA.
I have known Helen for a long time, as she has lived next door to my parents for thirty plus years. When the time came to sell my mother's house, it was very convenient having her right next door. Helen sold Mother's house and helped us get her moved up north in March of 2011.
Then it was my turn. I had realtors lined up at the door, but I went with Helen and no regrets. She kept on top of things from beginning to end. She was always just a phone call away. She knew what the market was doing, helped with staging, held open houses, and sold our house. Listed our house in July 2011, sold it in September and we were on our way to Oregon before Halloween. Not bad in this market.We maybe didn't get the money we wanted, but it was a fair price and from what I've seen could have been a lot worse if it had taken longer.
I would recommend Helen Mazzotta to anyone needing a Real Estate professional.
