Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Harrison, TN.
I have nothing but good things to say about Michael. He has gone above and beyond anything I ever expected from a real estate agent. He worked with me for nearly 2 years and I cant even count all the houses we looked at. When I would get discouraged he would be right there with comforting words to calm me down in a stressful situation. No matter when I called him I was his #1 client. I would recommend NO ONE other than Michael. He goes Above and Beyond for his clients to insure that they find the right home. He is like family to me at this point. So again yes I most certainly recommend Michael Bishop as a real estate agent. If I decide to buy another home he will definitely be the agent I call.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $25K in Rockwood, TN.
I'm from another state and wanted a small house while I was working at a contracting job in a nearby community. The house that I bought was a foreclosure which didn't add a substantial amount to Michael's bottom line, but the service he provided was the same as if he was selling a home for hundreds of thousands more.
He was always professional, friendly, and responsive. Even though it was a small home, he still gave me a gift card at closing.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $50K in Dayton, TN.
I purchased a HUD foreclosure thru Michael Bishop and Exit Upward Reality. Michael was very honest on repairs needed. I negoitated price thru him for HUD. I was able to get my home at almost half of the listed price. Upon remodeling my home I did find some farther damage that had to be repaired, but it was hidden by carpet. I very much appreciate Michaels honesty and professionalism during the entire process.
