Born in Malaysia and now residing in Las Vegas, I've had many homes in between – Australia, Switzerland, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore – and each has left its mark on me. I relocated to Las Vegas in 1998 to setup a home base for my baby girl to grow up having her grandparents by her side.
During my first three years in Las Vegas, I started a non-profit support group for young Asian mothers as well as a wholesale home furnishing import business.
As a real estate investor myself, I have developed an eye to pinpoint the right properties to meet my investors needs and investment goals. My goal is not to sell my clients that one deal, but rather to build long term referrals and a lifetime client. I will not encourage a transaction until all the numbers, facts and goals are lined up with my clients. My past clients will attest to this fact.

When I meet with Sellers, I do a very thorough analysis and come up with an effective and proven listing strategy that gets the home sold at the highest price and shortest time frame.
I don't believe in the "one size fits all" approach. Advertising a home listing on hundreds of search engines and websites do not get a home sold. Neither will a "For Sale" sign, open house nor listing it in the MLS system. Every home, every location, buyers' profile, and the amount of time and money your Realtor is willing to invest are just a few critical strategies in the success of your home being sold for the highest price.
