I specialize in Las Vegas and Henderson Real Estate – I am an experienced foreclosure and distressed property expert specializing in luxury foreclosure real estate in Las Vegas and Henderson real estate for the past twelve years.

I've spent my life immersed in various cultures and because of that I can relate to my clients, whoever they may be, and I can help them turn their real estate dreams into reality. Born in Malaysia and now residing in Las Vegas, I've had many homes in between – Australia, Switzerland, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore – and each has left its mark on me. I relocated to Las Vegas in 1998 to setup a home base for my baby girl to grow up having her grandparents by her side.

During my first three years in Las Vegas, I started a non-profit support group for young Asian mothers as well as a wholesale home furnishing import business.

As a real estate investor myself, I have developed an eye to pinpoint the right properties to meet my investors needs and investment goals. My goal is not to sell my clients that one deal, but rather to build long term referrals and a lifetime client. I will not encourage a transaction until all the numbers, facts and goals are lined up with my clients. My past clients will attest to this fact.

From conservative to experienced investors and first time home buyers to experienced homeowners, by and large I represent a very loyal and auspicious clientele base. I treat each of my clients with respect, honesty and a full dedication. My collaborations with my colleagues are done with integrity, grace and professionalism.

When I meet with Sellers, I do a very thorough analysis and come up with an effective and proven listing strategy that gets the home sold at the highest price and shortest time frame.

I don't believe in the "one size fits all" approach. Advertising a home listing on hundreds of search engines and websites do not get a home sold. Neither will a "For Sale" sign, open house nor listing it in the MLS system. Every home, every location, buyers' profile, and the amount of time and money your Realtor is willing to invest are just a few critical strategies in the success of your home being sold for the highest price.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $450K in Green Valley Ranch, Henderson, NV.

Mei is nothing short of amazing! Knowledgeable, patient, approachable and sacrificial are just a few words that don't come close to describing her as an individual and a professional. We just concluded the process of purchasing my wife's dream home, and I can say with no reservations, that because of Mei and her amazing work ethic and patience the transaction was smooth and stress free. After a few real estate transactions that added more than a few grey hairs, this one in comparison was a vacation on a tropical island. We live out of the area, and without Mei's patience, taking Days to show us properties (more than 50), and her intimate knowledge of the areas we were interested in, including schools, parks and other things important to us, we might have given up on the entire thing. Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $500K in Anthem, Henderson, NV.
