Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Vacaville, CA.
Manny very quickly understood what I was looking for. He helped my not only to find a beautiful home and advised me along the negotiation process in order to get the best price, but went beyond what's expected from his role: he helped me along the whole move process, utilities setup, and even helped me to find a good daycare for my kid. He exceeded my expectations by far. I highly recommend working with Manny.
